The one thing small businesses don't seem to be grasping (in regional areas particularly) is the power of the internet and how it can be used as a business tool to facilitate the business growth and should be seen as an investment to utilise during the lifecycles of their growth; from start-up through maturation.

We actually help people get started and so often I find planning although a good thing can also become a major hindrance to flexibility and moving with times.
